Congratulations on registering for your first SSP Annual Meeting! We are looking forward to meeting you and more than 600 of your professional colleagues in Chula Vista, CA, May 27–29! Don’t worry, despite the large number of people in attendance, it’s a super-friendly group and there are lots of opportunities to meet new people and run into old friends. The goal of this video is to give you an overview of what to expect and lots of tips for making the most of your time at the Annual Meeting.

We are so excited to see you at SSP’s Annual Meeting! This year, we’re trying out a few new ideas with tips and tricks from Annual Meeting Program Committee members so that both newcomers and returning attendees can get the most out of their SSP experience. Here’s what we have planned:

  1. Pre-meeting virtual orientation to preview highlights of this year’s program (above) followed by online Q&A with the Annual Meeting Program Committee co-chairs and members and a chance to connect in advance with other attendees.
  2. On-site, members of the AMPC and other committee members will also be identifiable by their “Ask Me Anything” badges and will be happy to help out during the meeting with questions of all sizes.
  3. Check out the event app for places for newcomers to share questions, comments, and concerns in the run-up to and during the conference.

Registration is Free
