The countdown to SSP’s Annual Meeting is on, and the exhibit hall promises to be a buzzing hub of innovation, networking, and some exciting swag to take home!
The sessions at this year’s Annual Meeting promise to dive deep into funding cuts, AI disruption, shrinking budgets, and a peer review system under pressure. When you need a break from the big questions, the coffee station and the exhibit hall are just around the corner.
Whether you’re shopping for your next publishing platform, looking to upgrade a workflow that’s been held together with spreadsheets and tape, or just really need a good tote bag, Chula Vista is about to deliver.
Catch the full list of exhibitors for SSP 2026, and preview some of the latest innovations and can’t-miss booth experiences that await you in the Exhibit Hall this May.
Access Innovations (Booth 308)
Here’s a hint at what awaits you in Booth 308… “You could use it to make a burrito, but this one might be a little too chewy.”

ACS Partner Publishing (Booth 200)
ACS Publications Partner Publishing is bringing engaging swag and resources to the meeting, including seed packets that represent our partnership and commitment to helping you grow with ACS Publications! Partner with ACS Publications and leverage the strength of a world-class journals publishing program and a team that treats you like family as we work together to grow your submissions, grow your audience, grow your reputation, and grow your income.

Aries Systems (Booth 409)
Always on the go? Aries has you covered! At booth 409, stock up on handy swag items perfect for a “traveling techie” – such as notebooks, screen cloths, mini portable charging packs, cord wrap organizers, pens, and lip balm (charmingly shaped like our Editorial Manager® (EM) and ProduXion Manager® (PM) logos!).
Catch the Aries team at booth #409 to learn more about exciting solutions dedicated to research integrity and an enhanced Author submission experience! Publish faster, publish smarter, with Aries Systems.

Contrimetric (Booth 107)
Join Contrimetric at Booth 107 to discover how our solution helps journals enhance visibility and research impact!
Exclusive giveaways for journal professionals! Stop by, relax, and connect with our team!

DCL (Booth 303)
Come visit Data Conversion Laboratory in the exhibit hall!
DCL converts your content….and your electricity
Stop by the DCL booth to power up with a free multi-connector charging cable (USB-A, USB-C input + micro-USB, USB-C, and iPhone®-compatible outputs). While you’re charging your devices, let’s discuss how we can structure and convert your content for maximum efficiency.

Hum (Booth 209)
At Hum, we care deeply about two things: well-designed editorial workflows and well-designed socks. (We’re showing up with both!!)
Not every manuscript belongs in your journal. The trick is knowing that before your editors and reviewers spend weeks finding out the hard way. Stop by to see Alchemist Review, our manuscript intelligence solution that evaluates fit, quality, and integrity across every submission, delivering manuscript intelligence so your editors can move faster and decide smarter.

KGL (Booth 306)
Drop by booth 306 for all your publishing gear!
KGL is joined again this year by sister company Sheridan and our subsidiaries, Accucoms and PubFactory.
Pick up a KGL sticky book for your peer review markup and editorial organization, writing implements of all brands and varieties, keyboard tech tattoos (the hot item you never knew you needed), and returning favorites, mini eyeglass cleaner sets. What could be more scholarly than that?

Kriyadocs (Booth 305)
Kriyadocs is excited to be at #SSP2026, and we’re bringing tote bags, stationery, and our hit team-building card game “Ace of Change” returning for another round. Join in on the fun, stop by Booth 305!

Kudos (Booth 108)
Everybody’s free to wear sunscreen – if they visit the Kudos booth at SSP 2026. Charlie will be giving away sun lotion because we’re by the seaside! She will also be happy to tell you how Kudos helps you tame the crocodile (i.e., tackle the challenge of AI discovery and zero click).

Silverchair (Booth 401)
Scholarly publishing’s challenges require creativity and insight, so put on your thinking caps! Specifically, put on Silverchair’s scholarly-publishing-themed baseball caps, exclusive to SSP 2026. Swing by booth #401 to grab yours, plus some of our ever-popular pens and notebooks. While you’re there, learn about what Silverchair has been up to and what we’ve got planned. See you in Chula Vista!

Typefi (Booth 307)
Typefi might have the most exciting booth this year…
The Aussies are raffling off a bottle of fine Australian wine (drop a biz card at the booth to enter), and they’re giving away notebooks and cable ties! You may have seen the funky sculptures at their booth last year—that was VP Product, Caleb Clauset, having fun with the cable ties. Stop by to see what you can create!
Typefi also offers the most seamless eXtyles replacement. It’s called Typefi Orion, and it already has major publishers on board (like JAMA). Visit the Typefi booth to see why!
Make Your SSP 2026 Exhibit Hall Strategy Now!
The exhibit hall won’t solve every challenge facing scholarly publishing in 2026. But it’s where you’ll find the people who are actively working on them, and where a conversation over a product demo can go places a conference session never quite reaches.
So block the time, bring your business cards, and come with open ears and an open tote bag! We’ll see you in Chula Vista!
