SSP reserves the right to cancel any program. In the unlikely event of cancellations, SSP will refund registration fees or apply your registration fee to a future webinar, but is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including and without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
Regional Meetups
SSP typically does not charge for regional meetups. However, there may be a fee for a specific event (e.g., a baseball game, dinner, etc.), and depending on the event, registrations may not be refundable. SSP encourages you to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.
Webinars
No refunds will be processed for webinars. All webinars are recorded and a link to the presentation will be sent to all registered attendees.
Seminars
Cancellations received in writing two weeks before the event will be issued a refund less a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations less than two weeks before the event. SSP encourages you to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.
Annual Meeting
Cancellations received in writing 2 weeks or more before the event will be issued a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations less than two weeks before the event. SSP encourages you to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.
Please Note: Requests for partial refunds due to selecting the incorrect registration rate will be reviewed and processed no more than 15 days prior to the event. Partial refunds are contingent on meeting the eligibility requirements for the requested rate type.
